Our Objective
The LCG Plenary provides a forum for ongoing dialogue between GoB and DPs on the country’s development challenges, national plans, polices and strategies, new development initiatives, and programme implementation procedures.

Who We Are
The LCG Plenary consists of high-level representatives from Government (at Secretary level) and Development Partners (at Heads of Agency level). It is co-chaired by the ERD Secretary and UN Resident Coordinator. Decisions are taken by consensus.
- Functions
Our Work
The LCG Plenary provides strategic oversight of LCG activities and monitors the performance of LCG Working Groups (WGs). As a decision-making body, it directs individual WGs to address specific strategic issues and report back on their progress.
